Council Chamber and Senior Center Reservation Guidelines
1. You are responsible for the care of the facility and the carrying out of your program during the hours of your reservation. This facility is to be cleared and doors locked by 12:00 Midnight.
2. You will be responsible for any damage to the facility.
3. Your rental fee must be turned in with your completed reservation form in order to be inked in on the calendar.
4. Your group will be restricted to the area that you have reserved.
5. Be sure to contact City Hall and confirm your date, hours and other details one week prior to your event.
6. A limited number of tables and chairs are available for use. You are responsible for setting up the tables and chairs, taking down the tables and chairs and storing them neatly in the closet.
7. Tables must be wiped down before storing away (chairs too if need be).
8. Nothing shall be removed from the walls or put on the walls (no tape).
9. Candles may be used, but only in wax catching containers.
10. No glitter or confetti may be used.
11. The person reserving the Council Chambers is responsible for the caterer and damage to the facility.
12. All caterers must have a City of Ashville business license.
13. Everything pertaining to the function must be removed from the building immediately following your event.
14. Garbage should be bagged and left in the kitchen or taken to the cans at the side of the building.
15. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.
